Delivery Information
We use Royal Mail and post 2nd class recorded.
All items dispatched within 1-2 working days if item is in stock.
We cannot take responsibility for any delay which may occur once dispatched. In total we allow ourselves 3-5 working days for delivery from order date.
All packages will need to be signed for
Any packages returned by Royal Mail as it has "not been called for", or an incomplete address ( it is the customers responsibility to ensure full and valid address is entered) we will email you via your account section of the web site to notify you of such.
We can re-ship the item, however we must charge you again for postage costs.
We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods which have occurred in transit.
