UNWANTED ITEMS 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund minus the original postage cost.

Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service, and so we recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method.

FAULTY ITEMS
If the item you received is faulty please contact customer services via pinkbutterflyboutique@yahoo.com
Please give your name and address, detailing the product and the reason for return.

We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

Please check your items carefully as soon as you receive them and advise us immediately of any faults.

Please note delivery charges are only refundable if you have received a faulty or incorrect item.

Please use a trackable method to send the item/s back to us, such as Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, or a similar method which gives a parcel tracking number.

We ask this because if items get lost in the normal post we regret we could not be held responsible for any items not received here.

Using a trackable method protects you.
Please keep a safe note of your parcel's tracking number.


Please email for the returns address if it is not on your invoice.

How long will it take to get my refund?
Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return confirmation email. This time frame is dictated by your bank or
card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original
purchase. If there is a problem issuing a refund to your card we will contact you. If after 28 days of returning your item you have
not been refunded please contact us via pinkbutterflyboutique@yahoo.com
